I wanted to share some pix with you when we Hosted Mike Davies this past December, right before the big snow hit! (it still snowed when he was here, but it was the following weekend when the 12 inches fell in downtown Bellevue!)

James Parker, the General Manager, is incredibly generous, and kept us happy and well-taken care of! A huge thank you to him!

Mike came by himself this time (we missed you Julie Palmer!!!) and offered a bit more of an "off Season" workout weekend. When he came in June 2008, it was definitely an "IN-Season" weekend.

Please stay tuned, we are finalizing our next Mike Davies Bellevue Boot camp for the summer 2009!!!

The weekend is $300 and Mike takes you thru a very fun, very intense Friday night Boot camp, 2 workouts on Saturday with a posing seminar and some intense cardio programs, followed again by 2 more workouts and cardio sessions Sunday with a Nutritional Q & A with the master himself!  You get to meet a great group of girls from around the country and learn What it Takes to do what we do!
