NO - TOO TALL - purchase only a mini or NO platform under toes


We prefer to keep hight at the 3 - 5" Stiletto heel -Please do not purchase a shoe with a "chunky" heel:  It's not terrible to have a pair like this, but time and time again, we see girls that end up walking very awkward with the heels...you definitely don't GLIDE across the stage!

It is UP TO YOU....in regards to choosing a mule (no heel strap), a double strap, angle strap, multi strap, some small embellishment like a few crystals, Have fun! Find one that is FUNCTIONAL (i.e. you can walk gracefully, and it compliments your legs) and is within your price point range for contest supplies. 

I would budget  $35 - $85 for a pair of shoes. I would not recommend buying shoes more expensive than that unless you have indeed budgeted for them, AND you understand that Heels will not make or break your placing, it's more like a super good feeling inside that you're wearing your perfect pair of shoes, which can transcend into confidence! 

I have some of my clients purchase (2) pairs. One for practice, and one  for competition, since if you're posing often (which you should be!) us ladies are pretty tough on them!

YES - Just enough to show a great personality, and does not distract! Having some kind of clear jewel accent is okay.
YES - Double strapped mule for extra support!
YES - Ankle strap to keep those suckers on your feet when you walk!
