Okay, so let's get the summer rolling with a bit of Team Spirit!
We have 2 more weekend posing practices before our Favorite Summer Holiday - Independence Day!!!
Immediately following the Holiday, There is the
Oregon State Show July 11th in Portland,OR
Washington State show July 18th in Auburn, WA
And the BRAND SPANKIN' NEW:
Eastern Washington Show July 25th in Kennewick, WA
IF it is in your future to compete in the Fall line-up, please start the following actions:
1) Either PURCHASE or REVAMP your contest binder and calender to get yourself organized
2) ORDER a new DIET from
MIKE DAVIES Plus, Order your MONTHLY WORKOUT plans NOW, to sculpt your body while you still have time!!!! What did you need to improve on last show? Are you brand new and don't know what you need to look like?
New diets take 2 weeks to create, so do your best to order soon, PLUS Mike goes on Vacation in July, so that is ANOTHER week he is unavailable!
3) Work out your finances! Spread the cost around this time! spread out cost of NPC Card, Fitness Factory warm ups, Hair, Make up, Paint, New Suits or Heels...etc... (CALL SHANNON IF YOU NEED HELP! SHE's GREAT AT IT!)
4) Schedule One-on-One's NOW so you have your schedule booked out in advanced - No last minute panics!
5) Get that food Journal out, and start logging your food. Identify ways to clean up your dieting NOW, so when you hit that first contest meal plan, you're already detoxed off of Sugars, Fats, and Simple crappy Carbs! Be Kind to yourself!!!
6) Get EXCITED! Make this journey a positive one. Get the support of your Family behind you, and make it a fun and easy experience for everyone. What WOULD you like to go differently this time? EASE into the contest prep so you stay nicer?..(GRIN)
7) Contact Shannon or Sandy and let them know which show you're contemplating. Use their service to help YOU make a great impact! Remember the Motto: Friends Don't Let Friends Compete Alone!
