Butt Glue: Stencil Spray.... You can find this wonderous product at Ben Franklin or Fred Meyers (in the office supply) for $4.99 – Elmer’s Stencil Spray. DO NOT get Bikini bite – it will NOT work on your velvet competition suits. If you have problems locating it, let me know & I can pick some up for you.

Item of the Week: Bristle Brush! Fred Meyers has great prices wooden bath brushed (long handle to reach your back) with the natural fiber bristles (not plastic, please no plastic!).....Using this brush daily....Scrubbing from head to toe....using MEDICATED SELSEN BLUE shampoo (blue bottle, red cap) as your 'body scrub gel" will help eliminate acne and other blemishes!!! Face it, we sweat so gosh darn much it's hard to have flawless skin. This will become harder and harder as the weeks go... Exfoliated daily will not only make you feel like a million bucks, make your skin look like a million bucks, but help keep you healthy. The active ingredient (selenium sulfite) kills bacteria! You need to start exfoliating NOW so your skin can accept the paint in a few weeks time. (another wonderful hint from Merry Christine!)

- Biosilk or Silicone goo or spray to make shiny hair!

- Decent hair moose/gel/hairspray - Dont go too cheap on these!
Get quality for the stage.

- Good Shampoo/ Conditioner (with all the dieting, your hair is not in the best shape, use quality to bring it back!)

- Hair adornments - one little rhinestone clip can go a long way

- SUN - self tanner - or an ultra dark face tanner

- Face cleanser/ Buff Puff exfoliates/ Proactive (acne bites!)

- Body Scrubber brush w/ natural fibers / Dark blue bottle Head & Shoulders (kills bacteria)

- Jan Tana Hi Definition / Pro-Tan / Jan Tana Face Bronzer

- Neutrogena Sesame Oil (purchase at Nordy's Rack for cheap $7)

- Shaving Supplies (buy a nice new razor prior to show)

- Mini Sewing kit + mini scissors + tweezers

- Nail Polish + remover (for touch-ups)- clippers, file, fake tips

- Personal Body Cleansing cloths (glorified adult baby wipes)

- Baby oil (travel size) & cotton balls - to remove glue from butt

- Elmer’s' Stencil spray from Fred Meyer office supply area (or Ben franklins)

- Box of Latex gloves (don’t plan on borrowing any at the show)
