I would like to spotlight the ladies who competed this past weekend at the 2009 Ironman.

Christine Moore
Christine came to us just this past prep season with the hopes of taking her Figure Career to the next professional level. She started working with Mike Davies from the Fitness Factory and literally transformed into one perfect physique. Look for Christine to continue to advance her placing (she placed 2nd in the tall class) and to develop her craft. Christine has the "IT" factory, plain and simple! With a AMAZING photo shoot on this past Sunday, we should have her website up in no time! She is a Certified Personal trainer and is currently accepting clients in Seattle, WA.

Katy Kavanaugh
Katy was referred to us by our Bikini friend, Diane (who won her bikini class this weekend!). They both train at snap fitness. Katy sports an extremely tight physique with the lines of an angel! With a combination of edgy and classic beauty, I am sooooo excited to see Katy develop in the sport. She has the perfect frame for Figure. Her grace and movement on stage was so easy to watch! Katy will be one of our top local  figure athletes in no time at all!  An Audio professional, keep an eye on her for not only gracing the stage next year, but also working with her for your routine music! Katy reminds me of LADY GODIVA herself....

Lynn Cullen
Props to Lynn for fling in from her new home of California to compete! I met Lynn a couple of years ago thru her Hubby Brian (he worked out at the gym I trained at). This blonde bombshell has come a LONG way! She competed and faired well last year, but it was time to take this competition thing much more seriously and to the next level. I put her in touch with Mike Davies for Training & Nutrition, and when I saw Lynn for the first time in a year...my Jaw dropped to the ground. Simply perfect. Lynn said she's never felt sooooo good getting ready for a show. Lynn delivers such professionalism and poise, I can rarely point out anything she does wrong...LOL... Lynn will be on stage in early spring 2010!

Dana Tucker
A huge high five to Dana for making a slam dunk at her first show. This Hawaiian bad ass is a kick boxer, power lifter, and all around natural gym buff. Judges cannot deny all those years of specific training...And what can you say about those pearly whites? She melts my heart! Dana put her nose to the grindstone this year and made it happen. Dana trained with an eclectic group of local friends & athletes and tightened her up to nab that top spot! Dana is precious in that fresh new faces from out of the woodworks can sometimes surprise the normal group of athletes...Dana will definitely be a top 5 contender in the shows to come! She'll be a tough one to beat. Aloha!
