Guest Posers are: Nikki Crawford, IFBB Pro Michal Kindred, NPC Champion Matthew Lowden and Award winning Kids Dance Group: Groove Nation’s “Kontrolled Kaos”.

The 2010 NPC Membership fee is $90.00.

2010 Oregon Ironman Entry fee is $75.00 If entering two classes, your additional Class fee is $50.00.

FITNESS CLASS: Fitness will do only Two Rounds. Two Piece Suit and Routine. / Each Round is scored at 50% of the Final Score.

FIGURE CLASS: Figure will do only One Round. Two Piece Suit.

There will be an Overall for Bikini Class

*Double entrants who qualify for Nationals will have to choose which class they will compete in. National Contests will not allow double entries.

*Beginning in 2009 Eligibility is reduced to one year for National Contests, with the exception of NPC Nationals, and USA Championships that will continue to have a two years of eligibility.

*The Overall second place in Women's Bodybuilding at the USA Championships will receive her Pro card.
